All orders shipped via common carriers are packaged in plain brown boxes without stickers, logos or identifying markings to protect your privacy.


If your purchase is eligible for limited free shipping, it will be indicated on the checkout page. At this time free shipping is offered only with the following limitations.

  • Orders over $150
  • Orders with a total weight less than 30 lbs
  • Orders with items that are considered standard size by carrier terms
  • Ordres with a delivery address in Canada (some rural postal codes excluded)


Most orders are processed same-day or next business day, however current global supply chain conditions are affecting stock levels and lead times. If any item on your order can not ship within(10) days (Backorder), our customer service group will notify you by phone or email. Transit times listed below are a guideline under normal conditions and do vary by Carrier and delivery distance.

Common Carrier (under 150 lbs)

  • Standard Ground:          2–6 Business Days 
  • Express / Xpresspost:   2-3 Business Days
  • Expedited / Priority:       1-2 Business

LTL Freight (over 150 lbs)

  • Most LTL Freight orders can be delivered in (5-7 business days).
  • Contact Customer Service for a transit time estimate for your delivery location


  • We always try to ship orders in a single shipment, but if we decide to split your order into multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional fees.
  • We always ship from the closest warehouse with stock available to your address
  • We may ship your order directly from the manufacturer / distributor in an effort to reduce transit time
  • Some shipments must be signed for while others may be left at the driver’s discretion.
  • Most carriers will attempt the delivery (3) times, and if the receiver is unavailable to accept the delivery, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
  • Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification procedures.


When you place an order using, our website uses the item information available (package weight, package dimensions, and available shipping methods) and the destination address to automatically compute a shipping fee. The amount of the shipping fee is provided via internet integration with our partnered Shipping Carriers.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is accurately calculated in your shopping cart at the time of purchase, however, it may not be possible to do so accurately (e.g. rural delivery locations, oversize or overweight items, shipments with multiple cartons or pallets, etc.). 

If an additional shipping charge is necessary, here is what you can expect:

  1. We will always contact you by phone and/or email to inform you of the charge
  2. We will never automatically charge your credit card for shipping
  3. You will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do not accept the additional shipping cost
  4. You will have the option to arrange your own shipping carrier to pick up the order from our warehouse, and in this case we will refund any shipping charges paid at checkout.


  • Orders with oversize items or with a total weight over 68 KG / 150 lbs are required to ship via LTL Freight.
  • We may contact you to confirm contact information for the shipment recipient and details about the delivery location (Dock Access, Lift-Gate Service required, etc.)
  • Freight Orders will be palletized and delivered only with a scheduled appointment.
  • Freight Orders must be inspected for damage and signed for prior to the driver leaving. Most freight carriers will deny any damaged shipment claim once the order has been signed for. If you sign your name on the freight bill without noting any damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment/order in acceptable condition. 
  • If a Freight Order is refused due to missed appointment(s), or for any reason other than shipping damage, you will be charged for the full freight charges for the return and a 20% restocking fee. 


  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided 
  • If we need to split your order into multiple shipments (backorder, multiple fulfillment locations), you will receive a separate shipment confirmation and tracking number for each portion of your shipment.
  • You can also retrieve your tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to your ORDERS page


  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you and advise you of the estimated delivery date.
  • You will have the option of waiting for the item(s) or removing them from the order 
  • If you decide to wait for the item, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the back-ordered item(s).
  • If you decide to remove the item, we will issue you a full refund to your original form of payment.
