All returns or exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at: orders@c2cgrowing.com
Merchandise must be unused, complete with original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered.
Coast2Coast Canada Growing does NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
Coast2Coast Canada Growing will refuse any “collect” shipments, or parcels that do not have a Coast2Coast Canada Growing shipping label affixed.
Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
At Coast2Coast Canada Growing your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, contact us within (15) days of receipt and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
STEP 1: Send an email to orders@c2cgrowing.com and include the following:

STEP 2: Coast2Coast Canada Growing Customer Service will reply to your email within 3-7 business days with further instructions, and a Shipping Label (.PDF).
STEP 3: Print Shipping Label, affix to return package, and follow the instructions from Customer Service. Return address will be provided by email.
STEP 4: Up receipt, Customer Service will inspect the merchandise and either release the replacement item order (EXCHANGE), or issue a refund via store credit (RETURN). Please note the Return for Store Credit Policy below:
